Kick off your theatre experience with a relaxing drink in our bar area or make your visit extra special by upgrading to our VIP lounge. We have two bright and spacious bars, situated on the first floor, which are accessible by stairs or a passenger lift. They serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including tea and coffee and usually open 90 minutes before the performance. Drinks and snacks, including yummy ice creams, are also available form our kiosks.
Our newly refurbished VIP Lounge bar is available for most performances. Why not make your theatre visit extra special by adding a VIP Lounge Pass to your booking from just £6. Passes can be booked in person or online at the time of booking, subject to availability.
We have two kiosks selling a wide range of chocolates, sweets, crisps, bottled soft drinks and ice creams which are available from the kiosks or from one of our theatre staff in the auditorium - because no theatre visit is complete without an ice cream!
Our main bar provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind before a show and during the interval (where applicable). The bar may close during the performance so make sure you get everything you need before the show starts. You can also beat the rush by pre-ordering your interval drinks.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages purchased at the theatre are permitted in the auditorium during most performances but must be consumed from plastic cups which we provide. No glass is allowed within the auditorium for everyone’s safety.
The bars usually open 90 minutes before the performance and the kiosks usually open 60 minutes before the performance.
There is an option to upgrade to the VIP lounge when you purchase your tickets. You can also phone the Box Office to check availability to upgrade. Depending on availability, you may also be able to upgrade on the night.
Access to the VIP lounge is priced from £6 per person within our newly refurbished, relaxed setting. Beat the queues of our main bar and have a guaranteed seat.
Table nibbles and additional drink options are also available within the VIP Lounge.
A number of cash machines are available in Billingham Town Centre. Please note that we accept card payments across the box office, kiosks and bars.
We want everyone to have a great time and enjoy their experience with us. For this reason, any customers who are intoxicated or are disruptive, abusive, or violent towards theatre staff, audience members or performers will be ejected from the theatre. In such circumstances no refunds will be given. The theatre reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any customer that appears to be intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated and to ask for proof of age prior to serving any alcohol.
