Corrie Stars Reunite to Star In Peter Pan at Forum Theatre Billingham

Neverland awaits as the notorious Coronation Street soap stars Pat Phelan and Kylie Platt are reunited on stage to star in the pantomime Peter Pan at Forum Theatre Billingham.

Returning by popular demand after playing Flesh creep in Jack & the Beanstalk in 2023 is Connor McIntyre who will take on the role of the dastardly Captain Hook. Connor who played the super villain Pat Phelan between 2013 – 2018 picked up the villain of the year accolade twice and is bound to have the crowds booing and jeering once more. They will certainly enjoy seeing him walk the plank!

From sharing the screen to sharing the stage, Connor will be joined by Paula Lane who is making her Forum Theatre Billingham debut as Tinker Bell. Paula who played played Kylie Platt from 2010 – 2016 was the wife of long-time character David Platt and was murdered by another Corrie baddie in 2016, let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself in Billingham. Paula has more recently been at the centre of the storylines in Emmerdale playing Ella Forester since the start of 2024 until her recent arrest which has seen her leave the show.

They didn’t always see eye to eye on the street so pantomime punters will have to wait and see what happens on the Forum Theatre stage this December!

Also joining the cast are Tracey Beaker Returns star Jessie Williams as Angela Darling and Waterloo Road’s and Hollyoaks star Ben-Ryan Davies as Peter Pan who has already won the hearts of the Teesside crowds from previous pantomime performances. And not forgetting the popular #Cracking Liam Mellor as Smee and the resident dame Robert Squire as Mrs Hook who are all set to cause more mayhem on stage together… Well it wouldn’t be a Forum Theatre Panto without them!

The Further Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan – the return of Captain Hook, promises to be an awe-inspiring spectacle with the perfect blend of breath-taking sets & costumes, mind-blowing flying, special effects and of course, side-splitting comedy that is brought to you once again by the team behind previous year’s pantomime favourites including Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Jack and the Beanstalk & Cinderella.
